A Quick Tip about Our Soba
How to Grated Fresh Wasabi Properly Grate the fresh wasabi slowly in a circular motion.
Let it sit for a while to enhance its aroma.
Please don’t dissolve the fresh wasabi in the dipping sauce, instead, put it directly on the soba noodles.
Then, please dip about half of the soba into the dipping sauce. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy it!
A Quick Tip about Our Soba
We use Japanese-grown soba flour in our dishes.
Our soba is made with 80% buckweat flour and 20% weat flour.
We start cooking the soba after receiving your orders, so please wait for about 5-6 minutes.
Our dashi and soup are made with Rausu kombu and katsuobushi from Makurazaki.
Soba/Udon set is an additional.
Zaru soba set is an additional.
